GoogleI have been impressed with the effective and knowledgeable Milestone team from the moment Ruth and Michael came to give a market appraisal of my home. At the marketing stage all the team were efficient and proactive, handling multiple viewings with minimal disruption and good communication . Milestone quickly found us a buyer and the negotiation process was managed smoothly. From the point where we were under offer we were dealt with by Karen and my interactions with her were always friendly and courteous. I have already recommended Milestone to my friends in the area and would happily use them again in future.

Awful. Unprofessional and straight rude. Me and 3 of my mates where lied about the start date when told in person and no attempt was made for it to be changed. We were bullied into to signing a tenancy agreement. And now they are with-holding our deposits after the landlord withdrew from our application which breaks government legislation. The manager of the Twickenham branch is very confrontational and was rude and highly unprofessional to one of my mates parents. Highly recommend to stay away from them
