She was incredibly supportive, calm and reassuring and completely pro active at every opportunity. I was having a tricky time with my own sale, and so Naj worked her magic in so many ways, above and beyond the line of duty, to support me, the vendors, and a very difficult solicitor. This is the first time I have rented out my flat and Chase Buchanan Isleworth branch have been outstanding from start to finish. The team led by Abdul have been very helpful and efficient from advice on getting the flat ready to let to finding a suitable tenant quickly. Their contractors include a first class electrician and plumber. The management team have also been very helpful removing a sofa at short notice and preparing the paperwork for a quick turnaround for the tenant. Many thanks Abdul and team. Highly recommend them.

Unprofessional and treating tenant unfairly. We went in to tenancy agreement in 2019, they promised flat will be cleaned professionally but flat was not even cleaned up to domestic level, this was also noted by 3rd party inspector in the notes, the flat was moulded at few places and not cleaned. Last month our tenancy ended but till date we have not received our deposit nor email from landlord. When spoken with chase the rudely stated to approach landlord and they cant help on this. when contract was done all dealings were with chase but once everything was done they opted easy way out. Contract still states that they hold deposit under TDS scheme and they will inform tenant if any deductions within 10 working days of end of tenancy. till date no reply on deductions from agent nor our funds has been released. Be very careful before dealing with them. I am in process to go to TPO and CEO senior management, as my complaint was not taken by lady who dealt nor responded to complaint procedure. I dealt with Isleworth branch.

CB Twickenham have been very good and efficient in getting us and helping us through the process of renting a house in Twickenham. I always get quick responses to my queries and the team I have met so far are all very friendly and helpful......I would recommend them if you are looking to rent in Twickenham.
