GoogleI’m not usually a big fan of estate agents, but Aiden Lynch and his team has really changed my mind! We had our place on with another agent and they were really struggling to even get people through the door. Aiden reached out and said he thought he could find us a tenant. We gave him a chance and he did it straight away! We couldn’t be more happy with the calibre of tenant he’s found for us. I don’t know how he did it but he even managed to let our place for over the asking price! Thanks Aiden & team!

GoogleDealt with David Casey at St Margaret’s Chase Buchanan site. From the initial talk to arrange a viewing, meeting me dead on time, walking me through the house, giving me time to myself at the viewing, answering all questions asked, getting all the info I needed quickly for me to feel so confident with the process that I made an offer and with no nonsense he got that serious offer over to the vendor that was accepted. Completely flawless process so far. I wish all estate agents acted in this way. I’m an investor and have dealt with plenty of agents and agencies. I must say this has been one of the best yet. Most definitely recommend!

GoogleI have worked with Chase Buchanan for over 20 years, as a landlord. Their service is superlative. Sarah’s attention to detail is second to none. They are always ready to help and advise. They are always realistic about what is achievable whether it be rental or difficult tenants. I recently refurbished a flat . Having short voids is important to us landlords . The flat was finished Wednesday night, carpets were laid on Thursday morning, they photographed and measured at midday, produced a floor plan , wrote the copy and it was live on the web by 3.30 the same day. 15 viewings on the following Saturday and offer accepted by 2pm that day. They made sure everyone was proceedable and the new tenants were in two weeks later. Incredible service. Ten out of ten for Sarah Lowis and her team of Pippa and Joel. They are Special Agents.

GoogleChase Buchanan St Margarets just let my flat when I didn't even think it was in a state to show it! But Pippa took the opportunity to show it to a couple from abroad while they were over and secured a very fair rental price there and then before we'd even got as far as marketing it! I've been very impressed with the efficiency and simplicity of the service provided by Pippa and Sarah.
