GoogleVery polite when starting tenancy however when leaving the property Very rude no respect for GDPR and when questioned about it, apparently to much effort to follow simple GDPR request would not use again under any circumstances

Poor service management. I've been living in their managed apartment for more than a year. Since the water boiler controller not working, it is running 24/7 hence I've been paying more than 500£ electricity bill for long time, ands worst for last 4 months im paying 744£ electricity bill for a small two bedroom apartment despite many request water heater controller issue never been addressed.

Instead of give the deposit straight away at the end off tenancy,now after 1 week they are going to make us wait 3-5 days extra to get our deposit back ,wen they were asking for the deposit on the first place before we move in to the property.This is inaceptable to wait 2 weeks to get our deposit back wen the landlord was happy to give the deposit on the next day we left the property ,I never have to deal with this terrible management from a agency,I will understand 2-3 days but not 2 weeks.They completely showing how much they care about the money and don’t care about the tenant’s who at the end of the day are the ones they feed them.I will make sure if someone ask me for a good state agent don’t mention them.

During our tenancy (which has thankfully now ceased) this agency have been disorganised, rude, dismissive and intimating. Avoid at all costs. They are not interested nor do they care about providing a good service to their tenants. They are only interested in profiteering. The rental market is broken in the UK and this agency exploits this situation.
