GoogleI was looking to move to the St. Margaret’s area and your outstanding employee Amy showed me three flats available for rent. I was so impressed with her enthusiasm, professionalism and thorough knowledge of the area. My plans have since changed but I would highly recommend Amy Coppin and Chase Buchanan to anyone else looking to rent locally.

GoogleFantastic service! Put it on the market on Monday, had tenant by Wednesday - I honestly don't think it is possible to have had a better service. I chose Chase B because they were close to the property, but also because of the kindness they showed towards me. I wasn't hassled, I felt heard, they worked at breakneck speed to find the right tenant, the best price and I honestly am slightly godsmacked at how brilliant they have been. Our overall experience of dealing with chase Buchanan was amazing. The people working within the company go above and beyond into making sure you feel valued and looked after. We delt with a colleague named Rebecca she was nothing but down to earth and honest with everything she had to deal with for us. I would highly recommend to anyone to deal with these and to have as much faith in them as it really does pay off. Credit isn't given out much anymore but I don't have a bad word to say about the whole team.
