The team worked very hard to get my exchange through. They dealt patiently and assertively with the multiple delays caused by external parties. It is rare these days to come across customer service that’s genuine and personal. *Adele Basma* from Chase Buchanan in Hampton Hill saved me from losing a £7,500 early repayment charge by surpassing the efforts of solicitors on both sides, and finalising one final query for me right before Christmas, to help me complete on time and within my three month timeline in order to port my mortgage. It truly was a Christmas miracle. Thank you also to Anna Masters. I cannot recommend highly enough. Please consider Chase Buchanan if buying or selling, they offer an unparalleled service.
