We went through two properties together, when the first one fell through, she guided me to another and helped me navigate the complexities of purchasing on a private road. TrustpilotIssues sorted Quickly!
We had an issue with our boiler, and our property manager Molly immediately got a plumber out, who had a look and prescribed a new boiler needed to be fitted. Within a week a whole new system was installed by a very friendly plumber who explained everything to us, and what to look for in the future.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Joel, our letting agent, and the rest of the team at Chase Buchanan. Joel was professional, friendly, and thoughtful throughout the process. We originally loved the property but missed out on securing it as we were away during the viewings. When the initial tenancy fell through, Joel got back in touch straight away, knowing how much we liked it. We’d also like to thank Lianne, who was incredibly helpful and also made the process extremely smooth. GoogleI can’t recommend Chase Buchanan Sales & Lettings - St Margarets enough, especially Louis Dunn. I’m in the middle of a divorce, so looking for a new home was really emotional, but Louis made the whole process so much easier. He was kind, supportive, and really took the time to understand what I needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he made everything feel personal and stress-free. GoogleWe had a nice experience renting with Chase Buchanan. The viewing was arranged almost immediately after I called, and the agents clearly have strong communication channels with the Landlord because any requests from to him and vice versa were processed with lightning speed. Our agent, George, was very responsive, professional, and clear. The agency manager, Chelsea, was very knowledgable, approachable, and professional.

Emailed them once about a flat 1 month ago on Zoopla. Since then, I have been phoned relentlessly. I have called them, emailed them and told them that this is harassment, that they need to delete my phone number and I do not want to be phoned. I am distressed as I am still getting phone calls by them weekly. By law, this is the definition of harassment. I should know, because I'm a solicitor. I have run out of options, therefore I'm writing this review. I don't know what else to do, if this continues I have to report them to the police.

They are always courteous, helpful and extremely efficient. I have had issues both with the current tenants and also problems with water/boilers that have been dealt with very promptly.

Second property sold with Alex, Michelle and Laura, if you want a team that will go above and beyond and work tirelessly to get a deal done, I would highly recommend chase Buchanan downend. Unlike some of their neighbouring estate agents, Alex , Michelle and Laura will keep you updated and be transparent, they’re expertise and knowledge is worth the weight in gold.Support and after care is second to none. Had a very tricky chain with some very poor estate agents involved further down the chain, however Alex, Michelle and Laura stepped up to cover the lack of professionalism by the others and were constantly keeping us updated and making sure the deal was kept alive, it’s very clear these guys are the best in business . Nothing is a problem and they treat you as family. They took control on multiple occasions and pushed all the legal teams to get the process finished. Without the efforts from all at chase the deal would have fallen through. If you want to make buying and selling a little simpler then choose these, they will get the job done and you won’t regret it.

I’ve been very impressed by the team at Chase Buchanan, especially Anna and Adele. Within 1 week they secured 7 offers on my house, one of which was £15,000 over asking price. The conveyancing process was challenging due to a restriction on the title deeds and some stringent mortgage conditions, but Adele went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. I would highly recommend!
