The sale of our property had some complex issues to overcome, all of which were handled with calm diplomacy by Gemma and Scott of the Whiteladies Road office , Clifton. They gave us sound advice in a friendly and professional manner, produced excellent visuals of our property and smoothed the way to a successful sale at a fair and realistic price. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Campions Lettings and Management, now acquired by Chase Buchanan. For the past four months, they have failed to address a serious mould issue in our rental property. Despite sending multiple contractors to assess the problem, the quotes provided to the landlord have been consistently rejected.The company has done nothing to resolve the issue and has repeatedly lied, claiming that the contractors are not providing quotes and that they are chasing them up. This has caused significant inconvenience and stress. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable property management.

I was having a bad experience with another estate agent and approached Chase Buchanan to sell my property. Immediately, I had many viewings and soon after the offers came too. I dealt with an agent called Adele Basma, who was always available to take my calls and answer my emails. I feel Chase Buchanan has sales expertise and knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile. I would strongly recommend them if you're selling or buying a property, and especially Adele Basma, she was a super star and worked incredibly hard, on my behalf.

GoogleStephen was a huge help in getting us across the line in our sale. Our buyers were the most unbearable awful people who threatened to pull out hours before we'd agree to exchange as we needed to extend our completion date by 4 days (change a Monday to a Friday). Thankfully he negotiated with them to agree to exchange and put up with the buyers horrendous mother who tried to jeopardize the sale for us and lose us thousands as a result.
