I have been dealing in property with various agents for over 20 years and this is by far my worst experience. Finally, after I gave written notice that I did not want to use Chase Buchanan's services they have gone ahead anyway and without my permission are now advertising my house online for a price that I haven't agreed to. I have repeatedly asked for all advertising to be removed but my requests have been repeatedly refused.

I had the pleasure of renting out my flat through them, and the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. GoogleHorrible experience with this branch. Our offer was accepted for a Lettings property and a holding deposit was paid. We were sent the draft contract and link to begin our reference checks. Obviously you can imagine the relief of this after searching for a property for over 3 months. Within a few hours we were subsequently told that the landlord had gone with another offer. Point of a holding deposit then? Very disappointed with their service.

We have been using Audrey at Chase Buchanan in Teddington Middlesex to look after our rentals over the past few years she is very professional and always so helpful when there are any issues to do with the rentals, her job is not an easy job to do (having dealt with other management companies over the years Audrey and all the staff at Chase Bucanon are excellent compared with the other agents that we have used in the past) so if you’re looking for someone to look after your rentals or any other things property related, I would highly recommend Chase Buchanan .
