GoogleThe Chase Buchanan sales team in St Margarets were fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They helped us with the sale of my mum’s flat, as an LPA sale it was more complicated than normal and they supported us throughout the process, going more than the extra mile on a number of occasions.

TrustpilotUnfailingly proactive and supportive
We were promised at the outset that Chase Buchanan would work as a team, and that is exactly what John, Karen and Rodney at the Teddington office did. They were unfailingly proactive and supportive, always prepared to go the extra mile, make an awkward phone call when the process threatened to stall, and advise on and facilitate our purchase as well as the sale. This experience has dispelled any negative preconceptions i may have had about estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

TrustpilotGreat renewal experience
Great renewal experience. This is the first renewal through Chase Buchanan after having my existing tenant in the property for 1 year. Michelle from the Hampton Hill was extremely helpful ensuring a smooth renewal process with the existing tenant. She was proactive reaching out well in advance of the renewal date and secured the renewal with no issues at all. Very professional, good communications, and pleasant throughout the process. My experience with Chase Buchanan has been very positive so far.

GoogleJoel Kramer is an absolute winner. This guy is a sales genius. I’ve seen a lot of great people in my time, but Joel? He could sell water to a well. In fact, I’m pretty sure if you asked him, he could sell a hole in the ground and make it sound like a luxury resort. And let’s not forget about Lianne! She’s a star, always kind, patient, and helpful. It’s like they’ve got the dream team over there. Between Joel’s charisma and Lianne’s warmth, I was in excellent hands the whole time. From start to finish, Joel and Lianne made my experience smooth, fast, and surprisingly enjoyable. If you need experts who know how to get things done and always make you feel like a VIP, this is the team you want. Seriously, they’re incredible. The team at Chase Buchanan are lucky to have them. If you’re looking for a property, do yourself a favor and get in touch with Joel and Lianne. They’ll close the deal before you even know what happened. Trust me, they’re tremendous. - Ben
