The Trusted AgentApproachable, friendly, professional and honest.
Hanane helped us at a crucial time between tenants. The property had been left empty for a few months and needed some work done. Within 24hours of speaking to her she had found suitable tenants and helped organise some refurbishment work for our house.
She has a first class professional attitude 24/7 and kept our requirements at the top of her priorities. Constantly went above and beyond to answer her emails and continued to call me when needed to help whatever the time! She even emailed me during her holiday abroad to ensure that the new tenants had moved in over Easter with no problems. I never had a doubt when I called her with another problem to help solve that she wouldn't have a swift and reasonable solution.
I would highly recommend her as she takes the time to listen to you, is honest, approachable, doesn't make promises that are unrealistic, keeps things professional but maintains to still be appropriately personal and overall is a lovely person.

The Trusted AgentWithout a doubt the best agent I ve ever had
Hanane is without a doubt the most helpful agent I have ever come across in my life ( and there are a few!) She is lovely, will sort any problems within a day, replies to your e-mails pretty much instantly, which I find amazing these days, where most agencies take for ever to reply to a simple e-mail.
Me and my flatmates feel like we have been looked after at all times, which we really appreciate.
For all this and many more I would rate Hanane with 5 stars and a half :)

The Trusted AgentI definitely recommend Century 21 in Putney
As a tenant I have tried with some agencies and always had the feeling that they were trying to cheat us or get as much money as they can no matter the service.
With Century 21 we have found a nice flat in a short period of time and Hanane went for the extra mile to make it easier for us.
I am really happy with my choice, and I have no hesitation in recommending Century 21 in Putney

The Trusted AgentLovely local agency that cares about the detail in your letting requirements
As a portfolio local landlord who has tried most of the Putney letting agencies through the years, I am happy to say Century 21 headed up by Hanane Dawson is a breath of fresh air, the team are keen to please, look into the detail of your letting requirements, take the trouble to get to know you and advise when needed. I would really recommend you try this agency, the trouble with estate agents in Putney is that they are too complacent and you are just another sale, but with Hanane and Century 21 you are in great hands. The Trusted AgentI cannot fault the service provided by Robin and team at Century 21. Once I decided to put my property on the market Robin went out of his way to ensure the sale process went smoothly from arranging viewings, negotiating with potential purchasers to liaising with solicitors and surveyors. I was always kept up to date with the sale progress with the reassurance that everything was proceeding with minimal fuss.
Robin and team have an eye for the local market. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone selling, buying or renting in London.

The Trusted AgentVery good service for 1st time rental in UK
When we started searching an apartment to rent in Putney, we came into Century 21st office by chance, e we were very lucky indeed..We were met by Katarina Wilmot, who helped us understand the big differences in renting a property in the UK and doing the same in Brazil. She was allways helpful and truly wanting to find the best solution for me and my family. We were very pleased with her services and wholeheartedly recommend her and Century 21.

The Trusted AgentRobin helps you ever step of the way
I met Robin when I called in to ask about an advertisement for a flat online and he offered to meet me on the same day in the evening to show me around the place.
It was my first time renting in London and I was still very unsure about the process and the costs and Robin helped me every step of the way. From understanding the documentation and costs to getting setup with utilities and even connectivity.
I'd give me most hearty recommendation to anyone who is in need of a great agent to help with their housing needs!

The Trusted AgentHighly recommended - accurate market assessment and professional advice – with a great result!
Dealing with Robin and the team at Century 21 Putney for my house sale has been a very positive and straight forward process. The market was complex but Robin carefully assessed and advised both clearly and comprehensively.. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Robin and team to friends and family and my recent experience using them has proven to been a far less stressful process to any other property sale or purchase I have had to date.

The Trusted AgentFriendly and helpful
Robin was superb in helping us find a tenant. Within a week of seeing him, he found us a suitable tenant. His knowledge of the building and the local area really helped a lot. His service after was also excellent. He helped us change light bulbs and fix a bed, and arranged an oven cleaning and an inventory check. I would highly recommend Robin to anyone looking to rent out their property.

The Trusted Agent100% satisfaction
Hanane has been fantastic, along with her team in Nice, Dorian and Benjamin. Always promptly responding to any query, she went above and beyond to help, nothing was too much trouble. After trailing round immobiliers in Nice and getting virtually nowhere we are so glad we came across Hanane

The Trusted AgentFirst class client focused service
I asked Hanane of Century 21 Putney to advise me on my proposed purchase of an apartment in Nice.. I had no previous experience of what I would find and she introduced me to her colleagues in Nice and personally met me in Nice and presented a number of properties to view.
At all times she demonstrated a first class professional attitude and interest in my requirements..
I have no hesitation in recommending Century 21 in Putney..
