GoogleRent a flat from their agency and called a lot of times regarding bathroom and could not shower for 5 weeks. I called them few times and they were rude and asking me to wash my hair in the bathroom sink!!! I paid all rent in full but could not use bathroom for 7 weeks and instead of apologizing they were shout at me on the phone and blame me that I do not know how to use it. Poor landlord that paid them to manage the flat and I am sure landlord did not know they were not managing it well. At the end they repaired the bathroom without any apologizing about their aggressive behavior.
You were in fact advised to use the bath whilst the shower was looked at. This is not an unreasonable request and you did therefore have alternative washing facilities and use of the bathroom despite falsely saying that you could not use the bathroom for 5 weeks. The property is of course the landlords so we acted on the landlords instructions but understand there was a delay due to a faulty shower supplied by Bristan but also because you were restricting access for the installation of that new shower. During this, we received abusive calls from your brother and your partner despite you being the sole tenant of the property.

GoogleWe have recently completed on a property which was being marketed by Castles. We first spotted the house at Christmas and even though it was the holiday period we organised two viewings in quick succession. Zoe was really proactive, helpful, friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. Zoe called regularly, sometimes just to check in and make sure everything was ok. We found the Castles team in general to be both personable and professional. We completed last week and are now living in our new home, thanks to Zoe and all at Castles!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleIf I could not give a star I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an agent. Bunch of dishonest people from, rented a property for a year and when I told them I would leave they tried to convince me to stay. But when I refused they looked for means to keep my deposit and came up with false arguments and made up proves to keep my deposit. Did check out without us and dirty the place to put it on us so as to keep the money. To be honest I think even this deposit protection guys work with this agents because I don't see why they would only consider the agents prove and not mine despite them being dated. I must start a petition to investigate this estate agent. You can not extort money from people in this difficult times and enjoy it.

GoogleA non professional approach from Daniel a memeber of the team, i was rejected from re-contacting the agents for any other property in the future, and the reason was for offering 20k less on an over priced property. Secondly i was accused of attending a viewing with more than 3 people, but we politely asked the homeowner if it was possible to enter in turns but the homeowner agreed to accsept us all but some how we still get accused of breeching the rules. I would certainly avoid all properties linked to this estate agent.
Dear Mr Umur Toguz. Thank you for your review and I'm sorry to see you have given one star as we never want unhappy potential buyers. However, I must say that your story of events is grossly misleading. Firstly, you were not asked to not contact us in future due to you offering an extremely low offer for a property, but you were told that we cannot hold further viewings for you due to you asking the seller directly to "cut the agent out" of the sale. Unfortunately we do not tolerate such underhand practices. I informed you of this after the viewing, so I'm confused to read you have fabricated a different reason. Luckily, we have a great working relationship with our Vendors, and this particular one bought this to our attention. In regards to you brining SIX people to view a one bedroom apartment, you were advised this was not all allowed due to our Covid-19 guidelines. You were told this three times, after you questioning the matter, yet still SIX people attended the viewing. Since speaking, my vendor felt she had no choice to allow the people in but in turns. GoogleHad a very long, drawn out move due to other parts of the chain. Throughout, Daniel and Tom were always very quick to keep me updated, even if the news was negative or no real updates. Whenever I reached out, they were very quick to come back to me with any information they could. Always felt they had our best interests in mind.
