GoogleWorst company ever. Better off being homeless. Students stay away. Very poor service. Had a carbon monoxide incident and one of the letting agents stole the report left by the fire agents. Wouldn’t recommend. They got 2 star reviews for a reason. Don’t ignore.

GoogleVery unprofessional estate agent.I bought a flat with them before same rude staff name Tom that work there.They just pressure you to send them all documents and agreed sale. Daniel who call himself manager need training to talk to client.I want an update of the property that I’m buying which I’m waiting for 3 months and been stress and frustrating.When I call Daniel he say ohhh there no update the lady still looking.I request him as a buyer send an email to the seller so I can get a new update.He was very rude on the phone.In 2 min he send me an update about the property without contacting the seller.So they take client for a fool.Never recommend this estate agent they are rude and no manner to deal with people.If I could give them 00 as reviews I would.Unprofessional estate agent.
I’m sorry to see your one star review. We ourselves are very disappointed to receive this. I’m sorry to see you have said we are rude- you mentioned this after I asked you to stop shouting at me, so I’m sorry this came across as rude, but I will not be spoken to in such a manner. I was simply stating the latest update to you, in that the seller of the property you are buying has not found a property yet and that she asked for you to stop making unannounced visits to the property which made her feel very uncomfortable. This was the LATEST update. I’m sorry this was not to your satisfaction. Please bear in mind we find fairness very important, and therefore we did not request you start any legal works on your purchase until there was complete chain. I’m sorry to hear you felt pressured when asked to provide proof of agreed mortgage and other supporting documents when getting your offer agreed, but we simply made it clear we cannot take the property off the market until you have been vetted. Maybe it came across as pressure considering the length of time it took for you to send these over. Please remember we requested the same for your buyer on behalf of you when we sold your property, but it seemed acceptable then. GoogleWe had the privilege of using Tom to support with the purchase of our 1st home and had the luck of also having him and Dan onboard when we decided to sell. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and support together with their open and honest opinions during the process which at times needed their expertise as well as friendly reassurance. Our house had two offers and was sold within 24 hours due to their genuine, trustworthy approach to us and their clients. They are a credit to their industry and set the standard in which all other agents should base themselves. I will always be grateful for Tom's going above and beyond when our chain needed a push and helped get us over the line. Cannot recommend them enough and whether or not geography allows, will aim to use them in future - There are no better agents!

Had my property online with another agent who was not getting us the foot traffic and viewings we required and experienced to many trials and tribulations . Went back to Daniel and within 24 hours we had back to back viewings then a solid offer two weeks later . Daniel and team are very focussed and work on urgency and quality . GoogleI’ve moved a few times over the years but never have I come across a more professional company than castles in Waltham abbey. Always friendly and happy to help, they go the extra mile every single time. Daniel the manager is outstanding and so professional, he manages the whole process through to conclusion. I’ve never come across a team who are efficient and knowledgable in every way and would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property. I’m going to steal the phrase ‘ they do exactly what it says on the tin’ People are quick to moan when something is wrong but very few compliment when required. So, all I can say is thank you, you have all been amazing.

GoogleDuncan and his team provide a first rate service, and go above and beyond in what you would normally expect from an estate agent. I recently purchases a lease hold property, and Duncan's legal knowledge about the process was extensive. I was also offered help with photocopying and signing paperwork. Furthermore, I was given regular updates on progress, and even chasing on the legal side.

GoogleI have just completed on selling my late mother’s flat with Castles, Duncan talked me through the process and found a buyer within a few weeks, as I had already moved out of the area, for my part I just produced all papers and information required by email or post and found the whole process to be very a very relaxed process. Having sold 2 other properties within 3 years and using 4 different agents to do so, I found Duncan to be the only agent to keep me up to date every week, unlike other agents who I had to chase or any updates
