GoogleA really professional outfit. The agent who showed me round was the first to actually help me visualise how the property would look. He answered all my questions and was only too happy to come out for a second viewing, so that I could show my daughter and get her seal of approval. The MD also organised measurements of the rooms so that I could plan order my new furniture, knowing it would all fit! All in all a very helpful, responsive and professional team, making the whole process a delight. Can't recommend highly enough.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleWe have just rent the property with the help of Castle estates. The staffs are brilliant, professional and act really fast! Emma is the one helping for the viewing and she helps a lot after we moved in as well. Make sure everything go smooth and we are find to settle down. Would use this agent again next time if I am looking for property to buy or rent.

GoogleWe choose castle to manage our letting. They were very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable with good attention to detail. They listened to what we wanted to achieve and also satisfied any concerns we had being a first time landlord. They came in on the higher end for what we would expect to be able to achieve for rent compared to other agents we had out, they then exceeded this value and let the property within a week, couldn't be happier with their service. Thanks Mike, Emma and the rest of the team.
