GoogleI am really impressed with castle estate Team service. I reached Nottingham last week for long term work assignment. First week in Nottingham, I thought getting rental property is very tough ,I send online enquiries for many properties. Last week I got viewing appointment from Liam (from castle).I viewed one property at NG7 and we discussed my requirement. I visited Castle estate office at NG9 and they shared relevant available property details with me and process was so quick that within 4 days I am moving in property. Thanks a Lot Liam, Patrick and team for all your support. Please keep it up

GoogleHad my property with another agent last year,wasn't happy with the communications and lack of interest within the property. Having switched on estate agent makes a huge difference in making things happen and that is exactly what we got. I know that Josh was excellent throughout and I particularly appreciated how he handles with all querys. Without josh this would have been difficult to deal with as first time seller and buyer he was incredibly helpful and understanding. GoogleMy sale just completed. Second time I've used this branch. David, Max and Josh are an amazing team. They don't set your expectations running wild like other agents will try. They're honest about pricing, give you proper feedback, and are always on hand at short notice. Don't bother wasting your time with agents who bamboozle you to get your business at inflated asking prices which will delay your sale. If you want to sell, listen to David. GoogleI was very happy with the service provided by Castle Estate Agents. My Sale was somewhat problematic and Josh was so calm and encouraging. He was there for me through out the sale He dealt with our upsets and issues in a professional but friendly manner and sorted out all manner of difficulties. I would not hesitate to recommend them and Josh in particular and if the need arose would definitely use them again.PositiveProfessionalism
