Rang the office at the start of the week. Just forward planning for next year in looking for a property. I spoke to Steve on the phone, he appreciated my lack of knowledge within the industry and really settled my nerves about my big move. He made me feel calm and a little bit more confident. Helen and her team at Harrt Kenilworth, looked after our fathers property sale with efficiency and professionalism, they always went the extra mile to overcome problems, that the solicitor’s always seem to throw at both us and the buyers at the 11th hour. Being a leasehold sale and in a retirement complex, the sale was not straight forward however, Helen and her team were constantly chasing and trying their utmost to sort out both sets of solicitor’s and make life as easy as possible for everyone. We can’t praise Harrt Kenilworth enough they were fabulous, the solicitors however, well that is another story. Thank you for all your hard work Helen and please pass on our thanks to all the team in Kenilworth. Brian & Deb Hurst.

We couldn't have been happier with the service and support we received from Anna at Heart. From the outset Anna, was professional, warm and her communication is outstanding. She has a thorough knowledge of the property market, was able to provide candid advice on the state of the house we bought and worked closely with the vendor and solicitors to ensure the purchase went through in a timely manner. Questions were answered within hours, even when information was required from a third party. She is a credit to the business and the profession.

I’ve been completely let down by the service provided by Marc on the letting team, at first everything was smooth when it came to signing the agreement with Haarts, Marc demanded us to sign the rent collection and few extra stuff stating that this was the only service they offered, Which was a complete lie as we’ve used different Haarts branches before and haven’t heard of this before.He later did change the agreement and tenant Had a date they was going to move in. On the date of the move in tenant did not turn up which was neither of our faults. I later asked Marc to realist the property in which he failed to respond and did not hear back from him. I will certainly not be using this branch ever again.

Avoid Avoid Avoid! Awful managing agents for tenants. They broke their contract with me and failed to deal with repairs at a property. I have now left the property and still waiting for my deposit. I think I will now have to employ a solicitor to claim .my deposit.
