Shakia was lovely , she really listened to my needs and circumstances. She then telephoned to let me know what will happen next something no other letting agent representative has done which made me feel valued . She was lovely and a credit to the company .

Dealt with Will from initial viewing of the property through to completion. He replied to any questions, calls and emails within 24 hours every time and kept us up to date with what what happening at any given point. Excellent service.

I have been with Heart now for 8 years and have had excellent service throughout this time, especially from Aimee. She is one of the remaining team over time and is extremely approachable, efficient and reliable. Even when faced with difficult situations, her approach is "that's what I am here for". I can rely on her to email me about anything I need to know and she is friendly and willing to discuss things by phone. Having a personal point of contact is what is important to me as a landlord and I know my property is being managed properly when Aimee is involved. Thank you Aimee for all you have done for me since you started at Holt's some years ago.

Found the estate agent I was dealing with on the phone rude and obnoxious. Unhelpful and I purposely didn’t pick any house with haart advertising it because of this. The estate agent we dealt with on the viewing however was lovely just not the office estate agent

There is a lot of room for improvement, was at their office at city centre and saw a letting ad for a house, but 10am the tag at the door still said closed, so I decided to call later that morning. I was given the details and post code for the house and told I'll get a booking fixed, I didn't, I called back 2 weeks later and was told the flat was off,... I made another inquiry and was told I'll get a call back, from the most impolite call center agent, it's over 2 weeks again. I think they can scrap their call center, maybe the physical transaction will turn out better.

Being a customer with the agency since before they’ve been incorporated and all I can say is that I am really happy with their services.
