GoogleReview changed. Original review is in the end. After being with them as a tenant for almost a year, I can say they are the worst agents in Coventry. 1. They do not respond to voicemails or emails. 2. They make you call a different number all the time and no one responds when you call or your voicemail. 3. They do not care once you have moved in and there is no personal touch. On positive note, they responded to a boiler issue really fast., , , , , , , , , , It was my first time with haart and Shakia was really wonderful. She was always available and patient even though I had a lot of questions. So prompt in making sure all queries were addressed quickly and overall made the experience so comfortable and easy. Definitely recommend.

GoogleShakia utterly useless refuses to answer any of my emails anytime we need important information it was always Steven that responded to me via calls refuses to give me my holding my deposit back even though the landlord pulled out of the contract honestly been a nightmare from start to finish ! Wouldn’t recommend

Googlehaart have been actively pursuing clients for positive reviews, to try and bury the bad ones. Look at the distribution of reviews to see how many 1 star reviews they've received. They 'managed' my property for a multi-year tenancy, failed to carry out basic repairs, failed to carry out inspections and visits, and lied to the tenants that the problem was me not responding to their messages (I have evidence of this from the now ex-tenants). I followed their complaints procedure and calculated that their failings had cost me over £3,000 in losses and damages. Their final offer? £500. A genuinely terrible service from a genuinely terrible company.

GoogleBuying the house was very straight forward and have had lovely help from Nicola and Sam when buying. There was an issue with communication, but when I raised this Claire called me straight back and went above and beyond to rectify this, which is greatly appreciated.

GoogleOne star is generous for how terribly managed this office is. Used this letting agency to lease my flat. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one bothers to either manage the property or contact you when requested. When calling staff are rude and unhelpful. Despite allegedly having our flat managed by "property management manager". I say alegedly as she is so uncontactable im not fully convinced she exists. she did nothing to actually manage the property leaving us to do it ourselves while arbitrarily deducting us money from our rent for services not provided.
