GoogleHave used Bournes, Farnham since 2011. They have provided a top quality tenant finding service throughout that period. They have also provided invaluable advice regarding the ever changing landlord rules and regulations. All of the staff have consistently provided high quality service, which in itself reflects well on the Directors and managers within the organisation.

GoogleThank you David Lowther, you made our challenging sale much easier process to go through. He was always honest even when the news was not great. He was also supportive during the difficult times and we felt heard and prioritised which made a great difference in our journey. He went above and beyond when we needed some advice about our onward purchase which he was not part of. For that, he deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

GoogleFrom my initial meeting through to settling the tenants into my property and ongoing support Bourne have provided an excellent service. They are highly professional, personable and reliable. As a first time landlord they guided and supported me through the process and I felt well informed. My initial meeting was with David Taylor who provided me with my personal presentation and market valuation. This was highly professional and of a much higher standard than other agents and led me to choose Bourne. I have since been supported through the rental process by Harry Oliphant and Rebekah Faulkner who have provided me with a high quality service at all times. All communication was with either one of them and as they both knew all the details it made things run smoothly and was a positive experience for me. Support was always given willingly and nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend these individuals highly enough and therefore Bourne.

GoogleI had an outstanding experience with Elarose and the team at Bourne estate agents. Ela was incredibly thorough and truly understood what I was looking for in a home. She ensured everything was handled seamlessly, from the tenancy documentation to the move-in process. Her communication was exceptional, and she has a calm, collected, and friendly demeanor that made the entire experience even more pleasant. Becky, who showed me the house, was also wonderful. GoogleFrom the second Rebecca walked into our house we knew we had the right agent to sell our home. We'd just closed the door on another prominent 'yellow' brand agent who we'd liked but had disappointed us on the valuation. Rebecca loved the house and appreciated its quirkiness - hidden rooms, nooks, arches, hobbit door - and we immediately felt that she would market it well. When she valued it £200K more than the other agent, it was a no brainer! And she delivered - three viewings in a couple of days, one with a second viewing on the same day as the first (!) and a full asking offer a day later. The buyer had offered a lower price but Rebecca advised them to meet the asking price which they did. The whole experience from start to finish was exemplary - thoughtful, attentive to the details and quick, clear and reassuring with the communications. Faultless.
