GoogleExcellent. Original agent was not performing and there was very little activity. On speaking with Andrew at the Woking office to securing an offer at full asking price took less than a week. What more can I say!

GoogleI thoroughly recommend Bourne and Ross and the team at Woking were extremely proactive in progressing my purchase. I found them very easy to deal with due to their efficient and professional approach.

GoogleAn immense disappointment to the estate industry both ethically and professionally. I purchased a property through the agency and I do not recommend it. The agent who handled my purchase was dishonest and deceitful. He worked 100% in the interest of the buyer. He made false promises and used borderline bullying techniques to speed up the completion.

As a buyer we understand purchasing a property can be a very stressful time, and while we always try to support purchasers as much as possible post-sale, there are certain circumstances we are unable to assist with. GoogleI have dealt with Bourne Estate Agents in Guildford for many years and most recently with the team at Woking. The whole team exceeded my expectations in every way. Ross who dealt with the sale was incredibly proactive but then continued with timely communication after the sale in July through to exchange in December. Thank you Ross and the whole team at Woking! I would highly recommend Bourne!

GoogleI've had a great experiencing letting my property through Bourne. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful every stage of the way. The admin staff were a great help with my contracts and my property manager is always so helpful. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for anyone. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleMy Partner and I just purchased our very first property and we honestly couldn’t reccomend Bourne enough! The whole experience is so much more than we could have ever expected! All the staff especially Nicola and Andy were incredibly hands on and ensured that we got in our property as quick as possible! Thy kept us up to date as things were happening, I never had to call for an update as the updates were already in my inbox! If we ever move or decide to sell, we will for SURE be using Bourne again! Fantastic service, fantastic people!

GoogleBourne Estate Agents is one of the best sales & lettings agents I've ever come across...the staff are always welcoming, amazingly knowledgeable and helpful, I would highly recommend Bourne Estate Agents in Farnham when your looking for someone to manage your rented property or sell your home.

GoogleNot a good experience. Had been warned not to use them but went ahead regardless, swayed by the rates. Now regret that. Have dealt with lots of estate agents in the past so thought I knew what to expect and what could go wrong? The answer is lots!! They were very incompetent. Too much detail for this forum but suffice to say the whole experience was extremely frustrating. We recognise that some of this frustration was due to the awkward buyer. However, their negotiation skills are poor at best, and they added no value whatsoever to the process. In addition, the owner is patronizing and arrogant. Go elsewhere is my advice.

GoogleThe worst estate agents I have ever come across. The sales person James is rude and arrogant... not someone we would EVER be looking to work with. James left us outside a property for half an hour before we chased him and asked him if he was coming, without an apology he rudely told us the owners didn't want anymore bids and that to go home. Terrible service, do not recommend working with these amateurs

GoogleA bunch of school kids in suits, well, maybe except the matrons they get to show people round (clueless). Lead by a man with a big ego, who writes the Bourne Estate Agents reviews especially for himself. You will find the odd honest one in there too. If an estate agent has no manners, no protocol and no regard for it's customers, I think the buyers will work that out soon too. Result, they go elsewhere. Best thing to do, in our opinion. Do not touch with a wooden pole.
