GoogleWe've bee renting our house out through Bourne for many years and the service we received through them was exceptional. More recently we decided to sell our property. Haley at Bourne helped us to do that. She worked incredibly hard on our behalf, managing a complex and messy chain for us. It could have gone wrong in so many ways, but Haley and the team at Bourne kept it on the rails and got a great result for us. Would highly recommend them!

GoogleThis is the second time using Bourne and both times have been flawless. We dealt with Rob & Hayley and they have made the whole process of selling and buying very easy for us. Even when situations happened ( that were out of anyone’s control) they dealt with it in a quick, professional and helpful and very friendly manner . Nothing was ever too much trouble .They have both been an absolute pleasure to work with and made us feel very much individuals , as opposed to just clients! We completely recommended Bourne and their services . They are just what you need from an estate agent in what can be a stressful process!

GoogleOver the last few years Bourne has improved massively due to new employment. I am currently letting my property with them and have had next to no issues with the company, when there has been a few bumps the team have dealt with them professionally and quickly. The lettings team is exceptional and I would recommend anyone who is thinking about letting in the area to do so through Bourne. Josiah Lyon and Tom Martin have exceeded my expectations and I cannot thank them enough.

GoogleWe have had the best experience selling our house with Bourne. Rob has been incredible throughout as has the rest of the team and they did everything that they promised from the beginning which is so important when selling your home. They also helped us find a property that we know we will be very happy in for a long time and I definitely know who I will be using again when if we decide to move again! GoogleThis agent handled the sale of an unusual, but not straightforward period property and subsequent purchase of a new-build, retirement apartment for my father. Dad is 83 years old and at the time of the sale/purchase, was recently widowed. Gemma and Andrew at Bourne couldn't have treated him with more care, respect, sensitivity and kindness throughout and we couldn't fault their professionalism. They were truly superb with all our family; going way above and beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. Moving at any time of life is stressful, but we'd recently lost my mother. Mum and Dad had been married for 53 years, so the move was extremely emotional. The sale ended up as part of quite a long chain. Everyone in a chain has their own needs and agenda and this was no exception. Several times it came close to collapsing and a few of the people in our chain were excessively demanding, inflexible and unreasonable, bordering on neurotic, but I can honestly say if it weren't for Gemma and Andrew the chain would have collapsed. They were diligent, tenacious, courteous and hardworking. Their marketing of my father's property was spot on and they quickly grasped our needs. More importantly they got way in excess of what two other local agents had valued the house at. We felt other agents had undervalued the property for a quick sale, but Bourne were open and honest with us about what we could (and indeed did) achieve. We can't fault them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their company.
Thank you for your very kind words, the above completely sums up how much of an emotional rollercoaster moving can be, it also underlines the importance of remembering that behind every house sale or let there is a person, a person in this case who had gone through an incredibly stressful time and now had to deal with moving on top of this. I often see your Dad walking past the office and it is rarely without a smile and from speaking with your sister recently, it sounds like he has more of a social life in his new home than this office combined!
