GoogleRecently purchased a home using Bourne and the process was incredibly smooth and transparent. Our agent Patrick was very professional during our viewing appointment and post offer acceptance Patrick ensured both the seller and buyer solicitors were managed well to maintain progress towards completion.

GoogleWe are so glad we instructed Bourne estate agents. Initially we had another agent in mind, however, Bourne were able to offer a real bespoke service and gave us a clear, honest and professional pathway. From advertising to sales tactics, they were able to maximise our viewings and were present and looking impeccable during. We had so many offers! More then we expected, and Bourne were able to advise on the viability of the offers based on strict buyer vetting, quickly helping us accept the best offer. They were attentive when chasing solicitors and buyer, weekly calls for updates, always picked up the phone when I called and remained positive and reassuring, very helpful when dealing with the stress of selling. Now we have sold and moving on it’s a bitter sweet feeling, selling the home we love, but thanks to Bourne, we are getting a great offer and they also could see the great features of our home and importantly the great things about the area, relaying that to the buyer. On a final note, I want to specifically thank Andy for his dynamic personality and assertive leadership, this was the pull to choosing the Team, and to Shaun, the suit of the operation, so unbelievably well spoken and articulate, he made us feel so confident throughout the process and really looked out for our interests. We actually feel a bit sad that our journey with Bourne has come to a close, we always had a laugh and banter when we chatted for updates, the team just give off this happy and motivated energy, a testament to good leadership and work balance, this definitely reflects in their work. GoogleThe worst estate agent in surrey! The property manager is non-existent and is never there when requested. I’ve left my tenancy early this year, they refuse to return my deposit, i started my tenancy with the property not being professionally cleaned which has been documented and numerous complaints have been made to the estate agents with no care given and now they are attempting to steal my deposit. Refusing to return it without me paying for the cleaning. I would steer clear from these jokers. I had chosen them in good faith and i feel very let down. This is not an insignificant amount of money and i will be taking this further so they do not get away with it. I assume they have done this before.

GoogleSo I used Bournes for the rental of my property over the 2025-2026 calender year. They were swift in the process throughout specifically David who I was dealing with. Full transparency is we unfortunately did find the one bad egg of a tenant but with David’s relentless help and work ethic he over saw everything and ensured a painless experience despite the negative outcome of the tenant. Professionalism at its finest and work ethic that can not be ignored! Thankyou Bourne and hope to do more business again soon!

GoogleEveryone Ive spoken with at the Ash Vale branch is very friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure of dealing with Hugo for the duration of our house purchase and he has gone above and beyond to help us move it along He kept us up to date throughout the whole sale (our solicitors were not great). Hugo has been so knowledgable, helpful, professional and friendly, helping to problem solve and always ready to immediately jump on a task I ask him to do, and then checking back with me once he has the information needed. Thank you so much for everything you've helped us with, I genuinely think the sale would have fallen through without your support. I very highly recommend the Ash Vale branch, and if you have Hugo as your agent you will be in the best hands possible :)

GoogleViewed a property approx a year ago, felt very pressured into putting an offer on the place. My partner and I viewed the property but didn’t really get time to discuss how we both felt before the young estate agent kept telling us how we should make an immediate offer so we could be the first to offer and it would most likely be accepted. it seemed like we were probably easy targets as we were desperate to move out and had the money to offer. We both didn’t get time to discuss our views and felt so pressured into placing an offer, so much so that we ended up placing an offer of asking price (which it wasn’t worth, I’m seeing now it has sold way under asking). After some reflection for the rest of the day we decided that no estate agent has made us feel that way before, and so pressured and hurried, we retracted our offer a few days later. Maybe a new approach would be the best way to sell a house… you should never feel rushed or pressured when you’re making one of the biggest decisions of your life.

GoogleFrom our very first conversation about selling our apartment, we had a great feeling, and that instinct proved absolutely right. Selling a property is stressful, but Andy and his team made the entire process feel clear, honest, and manageable. Communication was frequent, straightforward, and transparent. They never overpromised, instead, they gave realistic advice, valued our input as sellers, and worked collaboratively with us throughout. What really stood out was their unwavering belief in getting the sale done. There were no excuses about price or market conditions, just a proactive, solution-focused approach. When small adjustments were needed, conversations were handled with honesty, confidence and respect. The whole team came across as eager, personable, and genuinely invested. Even when things didn’t go to plan (through no fault of theirs), they maintained a strong “can-do” attitude and reassured us there was always a clear plan in place. Andy has built a fantastic team. Shaun, in particular, was outstanding, his communication was excellent and he kept us informed every step of the way. GoogleI made an offer for the asking price on one of their listed properties. They told me they would get back to me, but I never heard anything. I called them multiple times and was repeatedly told they hadn't heard back from the landlord yet and that they would call me. Each time, the conversation felt rushed and it was clear that they were eager to end the call. Overall, I found the communication unprofessional and frustrating.
