GoogleThe service I received at Bourne Estate Agents while searching for a home in Godalming was second to none. All staff are extremely professional, keeping me in the loop at all times, making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible from start to finish. I'd highly recommend these Estate Agents, massive thanks to Shannon and Lilly for their help and commitment.

GoogleI recently let my property through Bourne, with tenants moving in on 20 April 2020. Even in these difficult covid19 times, I found the staff to be always accessible and extremely efficient to deal with. The company has clearly put much effort into putting in place robust policies, procedures and good technology to ensure legal and swift setting up of tenancies. I consider them to be more efficient in covid19 times than many estate agents are in more normal times. Well done Matt and team!

GoogleWe appointed Bourne as our 2nd agent after not having much interest for over 2 months. Our house in Chobham was under offer within 2 weeks which in the current market is pretty impressive. We have found the whole team to be professional and helpful from our first meeting to getting us through exchange and towards completion. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

GoogleWe have sold a couple of properties through Bourne Estate Agents. Both times the properties were sold within a week of going live. I mainly had dealings with Andy and Ross. They were both very polite and kept us updated throughout the sale process. I have already recommended them to a friend, and I won't hesitate recommending them again. Keep up the good work guys..

GoogleMy experience with Bourne was excellent. I invited three estate agents to view my property to sell, only Andy Gearing from Bourne was fully prepared, he understood the market I was aiming for and priced it correctly (the highest of the prices discussed with the agents). He created a buzz in the office, Ross took some great photos, it was marketed very well and the team at Bourne projected that to potential buyers. Within a few days of it being on the market, three buyers made offers and we achieved over the asking price within a week!

GoogleWe had a sale fall through with another agent and then decided to appoint Bourne as our agent as theirs were the only "sold" boards in our area. Andy, Ross & Jamie are very proactive and were driven to get the right buyer for our property, and ensured that throughout the viewing process we were kept informed of progress and ultimately achieved its sale. Jim has been great progressing the sale, and exchange has been achieved. We have been impressed by the professionalism of Andy and his team and would definitely recommend them.
