The lettings team - Daryl and Rob stand out in this particular instance, their attention to detail and care they have not just for myself but for each person who walks through the office door - are superb! I can’t thank you enough for helping me find my new home and the move in was flawless.
I must also say how the sales team were just as excellent as while I had Daryl and Rob assisting me, they were taking on the role of lettings advisors - answering the phone and such - it was such a lovely experience!

GoogleViewed a property through them which they first lied about bedrooms and a lot of other things in regards to the house. Did a viewing through the seller who was lovely and very understanding on our concerns about the property. Bourne then asked me for feedback, gave my feedback and had no response for 2 weeks until I chased up again through them. Shocking customer service, clearly uninterested in feedback unless its positive and wont make an effort to show you alternatives unless you request. Our recent experience of selling properties has demonstrated to us the difference a really good estate agent makes to the process and Bourne is exceptional. We received sound advice from the start, we were very impressed with the way that potential buyers were contacted and we received an offer we accepted within a week. Following on we have been kept regularly updated on the process involving solicitors, surveyors etc. Bourne process paperwork as it comes in, there is no delay and they are always there to help. Joe turned around the marketing of our property within 24hours and his friendly personable approach is great - always available and quick to reply. Our property was sold within a couple of weeks and convinced the 3D Scan had a part to play in that with no repeat viewings needed - meaning offers came in quickly Joe's style and communication is great and he kept us informed (& sane!) throughout all the way through to completion/moving day itself.
