GoogleWe had a bit of a nightmare trying to get our forever home, being gazumped twice, losing out on bidding wars and having offers rejected. When I found the perfect place that was marketed through Bourne in Farnham, Rob knew how much it meant and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He is incredibly personable and quite literally always responds to any questions I had throughout the process, which, a lot of the time were pretty ridiculous... while obviously looking after his client and making sure that everything was heading in the right direction. He is a very approachable person, while being ever the professional... which is exactly what you want when things can sometimes get rather stressful! GoogleWe have to say the whole Bourne Team in the Farnham office are truly brilliant, my wife & I had splendid service whilst marketing our property through you. This tricky procedure was so professionally handled by Adrian, Adam, Rob, Rebecca, Jo, and Hayley for us. Hayley produced a terrific Brochure, which immediately encouraged very many viewings on day One, with instant offers too. We saw Jo enduring many surveys out there in the chilly weather with a keenness to be admired. Each of these experienced staff members were involved at some point, each one cut the Mustard, guided under Adrian’s very capable umbrella of leadership. The complications encountered over many aspects that unexpectedly occurred, were handled brilliantly. Any questions were promptly answered with a calm level of thought from Rebecca, who liased in a close and personal manner with us and our buyer throughout. Rebecca’s interaction usually followed Rob Skuse, who answerer Bourne’s phone as quick as a flash, so rare, but never failing. I never waited for a call response at any time, a very reassuring point. Bourne do Act & Fast! Skills at customer management were perfectly illustrated when Adam handled an extremely difficult day while under pressure, personally dealing with one very complicated offer situation. Wow! I’m sure many readers understand just how tricky it feels to try pick a good Estate Agent out of the blue, as we found with our own unpractised judgment in this new field. I was sleepless! as all 4 agent’s we invited, seemed very interested and so keen. Again, as a testament to Adam and Adrian particularly, with their obvious skills in the property trade, it transpired that Bourne edged it, and won our confidence in them. Mainly due to their enthusiastic initial response in seeing our unusually novel property, and giving us such clear advice and also keenly aimed business terms, much to our advantage. Good news is, we also found actual friends in you all at Bourne. Boy, - we were we so very lucky! We strongly advise anybody wondering who will give the best Agent’s service, to look no further than Bourne, definitely the Best. GoogleWe sold our property with Bourne and had excellent advice, great communication and regular updates from Rob at theFarnham office. We also had regular contact with the other members of the team who were well informed about the stage our sale was at, which was a great help if (on the rare occasions) Rob was not available. We had had the property on the market with another agent, who had not had any success. The team at Bourne came in, took entirely new pictures and marketed the property in a different manner, highlighting not only the features we felt were important, but also available home office space for potential clients wanting to move out of the capital. After the property had been on the market for three months and no offers, we went with Bourne and Rob secured a 1st time buyer for us (no chain) at the price we had previously discussed we were aiming for, within about a month. GoogleI cannot say enough good things about Rob from Bourne. We dealt with Rob and Adrian while searching for our new house and they were both fantastic. We found our new home through them and from viewing to completion Rob was there for us every step of the way. Buying and selling houses is extremely stressful, but Rob made the process so much easier. We had no issues at all with our purchase and Rob kept us up to date and informed every step of the way. GoogleAVOID. They will lead you to work with some cowboy developers. My new built flat has a toilet leaking, bathtub and shower improperly fitted, damaged floor, 106 snags. I can't even contact the developer to ask about the paint they used! I'm just trying to paint over the cracks in the plaster for god's sake! AVOIDNegativeQuality, Value

GoogleI have always considered first impressions of paramount importance when entering into an agreement for the first time, irrespective of the business. My first impression of Bourne,Godalming is one of professionalism. My first meeting is with Sarah, the branch manager. We exchanged some details of the property regarding proposed values etc. I arranged to meet Sarah the following week to view and photograph the property. There are some personal challenges ( on our part )which had to be dealt with very carefully. Sarah took all the relevant details and confirmed possible sale prices? A few days later the property is up for sale. Putting the property up for sale is the relatively easy part. The weeks following when the enquiries start are equally important. Sarah and her team excel at this point. Their professional approach dealing with possible clients is excellent. We are not local to the area so arrangements had to be made well in advance. Once again Bourne meet all the criteria for customer service. The prospective buyer places their offer. Bourne kept us advised at all stages of the proposed sale up to the agreed sale price. Marketing is important when dealing with clients. Bourne's local knowledge of the market is a key factor in the sale but also in obtaining a very acceptable selling price. It gives me considerable pleasure to write this review about Bourne's highly professional standards and their excellent customer service. Sarah and her team deserve the credit this review portrays. GoogleWe had the pleasure of dealing with Gemma from Bourne in Alton. Our initial enquiry led us to a beautiful home but we felt it was missing two key elements for us, the next day Gemma had a second house to view which she promised met every criteria we'd asked for, and she wasn't wrong! The house was perfect. Gemma maintained in constant communication with us throughout the process, and we knew we were in safe hands. She's been professionally, diligent and friendly the whole time, nothing was a bother and she has always been so helpful. It feels like talking to a friend rather than an agent. She has completely changed our view on estate agents and I couldn't recommend her or Bourne more from the experience we've had.
