GoogleAndrew, Roanna and the team at Bourne did a great job selling our house in Berehurst in Alton. Their knowledge of the local area and its housing market is fantastic. They valued our house right at the top of the range of what was possible and achieved an asking price offer. They managed the process from offer to completion very efficiently. We felt in very good hands throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling a house locally.
