After I have raised the environment around my property needs improvement, they handled it immediately and have following up with me. GoogleBourne Estate Agents is one of two property agents employed to sell the rental property we are living in temporarily in Farnham. The experience of accomodating prospective buyer viewings with their agents has been terrible -- lacking integrity and deeply unprofessional -- which includes ignoring our request for Covid protocols. It has exacerbated tensions with the landlord and we are now seeking legal advice.
Reply from the owner and seller-"I would like to respond to Leisha Santorelli’s review which is incorrect and highly inflammatory. Leisha and Tom have been tenants of mine for a mere 7 weeks and already the damage to my property caused by them along with putting off prospective buyers has costs me thousands. The agents of the The Bourne agents have acted completely professionally and have protected me as their client by informing of the damage and have reported back to me when the tenants have actively spoken to prospective buyers with negative remarks. Regarding the comments re face masks I find this to be untrue and possibly projection as the tenants themselves haven’t even bothered to get dressed or open the curtains for viewers".

GoogleRecently completed with Bourne. Absolute delight to deal with throughout the process, Rebecca was my main point of contact and was always professional, responsive and did anything possible to resolve any issues and involve all required parties. 4 Stars is given only in the purpose of improvements can always be made. Having a buyers pack for any properties being sold that includes upfront, all relevant paperwork (EICR, Gas Safety etc.) is one such area of improvement. Though when requested, these were quickly sourced and provided with clear deadlines and expectations set. I couldn't fault the professionalism throughout the process and communication from Rebecca and the team. They even managed to take the tenant in situ under their wing to help speed up the purchase. TL;DR, Bourne are brilliant. Rebecca was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend using them if asked.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI am very glad that we decided to ask Bourne Estate Agents to sell our house in Farnham. The service we received was excellent start to finish - from the first contacts and providing an initial valuation, through to producing the brochure, arranging viewings, accepting an offer, exchange of contracts and completion. Adam clearly understood the market and provided a fair and accurate valuation, close to the price the property eventually sold for. Hayley produced a great brochure, and Jo showed all those interested in viewing round the house. Rob negotiated on our behalf with those interested and after we accepted an offer, kept in touch with both ourselves and the buyers during the anxious weeks through to exchange of contracts and completion. Above all, the whole office worked as a team. When I emailed or wanted to speak to someone, everyone in the office knew who I was, and if they said they would call me back, they did so.

GoogleRebecca Bray who was our account manager was pro-active and on the few occasions we phoned her for an update rather than her phoning us, she was on to it quickly. The Bourne team who we worked with of Adrian, Rob and Rebecca helped and advised us every step of the way. Our Solicitor who was also very good commented on how responsive Rebecca was if any questions needed answering. Never did we feel like just another client/sale whilst working with them.
