Bourne are brilliant - especially Alan Gearing and George Caporn who work tirelessly to get the job done. After we placed our house with them to sell, in October 2022, they found a buyer, at the asking price, within 4 days. Eventually, just before exchange of contracts was due, that buyer pulled out. Even though winter was now upon us and the market was quite flat, George and Alan came up with another candidate, only for him to pull out during the conveyance process. Not to be beaten, they came up with a 3rd buyer, who has now exchanged contracts, barely 5 weeks after stepping up. During the period from October to February, Bourne conducted 34 viewings and came up with 3 potential buyers. Given that our home is over 5 miles from their offices, this is a serious commitment. I cannot praise all of the Bourne Woking team highly enough and will have no hesitation in using them in the future, and / or putting them forward for others who are wishing to sell their home with the utmost professional support.

If you have a property for sale in the Woking or surrounding area, I simply can’t recommend Bourne (Woking branch) enough. I have had my 1 bedroom flat on the market for a long time with different estate agents who didn’t produce any results (not even 1 offer came through!). I was recommended Bourne by a friend who said they were a proactive agent and they didn’t disappoint. I unfortunately decided to sell my flat at the wrong time due to personal circumstance - cladding concerns after the tragic Grenfell, Covid so a mainline station to London wasn’t desirable like it used to be and then the cost of living crisis and mortgage rates soaring (so this ruled out a lot of first time buyers)! Due to this perfect storm, 2 of my sales fell through however the team at Bourne did not give up. They gave me guidance on how to push for a new buyer and when I got a 3rd offer, the buyer’s solicitor was incredibly slow and unresponsive. Bourne spent a VERY long time chasing and pushing for the sale to be wrapped up. Chris and his team were all super communicative throughout and made sure I got regular updates. I am likely their longest serving client as it has been such a process but I still felt like gave me the service that I would have got as a brand new customer - even though they were on a set fee, no matter how much work they did. I will absolutely only be using the Bourne Woking team for any future property sales I have. The biggest thank you to all the team who played their part in getting my sale over the line!

If I could give more than 5 stairs for Bourne Estate agents (Woking) I would. The whole team there have been amazing from start to finish in the selling of my property.
