Bourne Estate Agents have taken care of my house for the last two tenancies, including a recent new letting, and I have been impressed with their management of the property. They have been thorough in completing all the pre-let checks and engaging reputable subcontractors for necessary maintenance jobs. I have found Josiah, Charlotte and the rest of the team to be prompt, courteous and efficient in all communications. Furthermore, their broader knowledge and advice regarding the property has proven timely and invaluable. I would highly recommend their service.

I can't speak highly enough about the attention to detail and expertise of Bourne Estate Agents. Gareth Lewis is so good. We felt in safe hands from the first meeting right through the whole process of selling. They say selling a house is stressful ..... No it's not if you get the right agent to take all the pressure from you. Thank you so much Bourne but mostly to Gareth. You really are amazing :-)

Bourne have been excellent throughout our house sale. Gareth and Justine have been excellent at gaining viewings and keeping us informed of progress. Then they have stayed in touch after the sale to check on anything else we may need when Jim took over the sale process. Would recommend them to anyone.

I’d recommend Bourne estate agents happily. Gareth and his colleagues were really professional when they showed us around, not pushy at all just honest and helpful. Jim who helped us through the sales process was always available to help and was beyond kind when I became frustrated with the conveyancing delays. I felt he helped to push the sellers through the paperwork delays and move us forward, particularly important as we were buying during the nightmare mortgage rate increases. Thanks to the whole team at Bourne for getting us through to completion.
