GoogleCan’t speak highly enough of Marc and John. They recently handled a flat sale for me and from start to finish they were outstanding in their positive approach to achieve the best sale price. They continually pushed the sale process along by chasing the solicitors and our buyer especially when it came to exchange and John actually hand delivered the final documents to our solicitor to ensure the sale could be completed before Christmas. Bournes exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property.

GoogleNot the greatest experience on either side of the coin lettings department only interested in there cut at the end of the month, inspections left a lot to be desired!! Incompetence with changes made to property and not picked up!! Buying and selling not as bad but needed nudging every week to make progress!!!

We are sorry that your original sale fell through, unfortunately in these uncertain times there was difficulty in the buyer obtaining a mortgage, the good news though is when the property was remarketed, we achieved the same price when many properties are experiencing less and managed to keep your purchase through us on the same path. Hopefully, you will agree that turning the new sale round in six weeks would have made up for the original sale falling through. GoogleSo far Bourne Estate Agents have made numerous mistakes costing me time and money. Each time they have justified themselves rather than owning up to their mistakes. It's a real shame because some things they do well, like their inventory reports and finding tenants, but sadly it doesn't balance out the things that have gone wrong as a property owner.
