Recently rented a house through these guys..All i can say is Never again. Had over completely with the deposit. To and throw with a lady called Karen Reynolds who actually told me she didnt really care. Boy was that the truth..Just nightmare from start to finish. They always favour the landlord so you have no chance getting a fair resolution to your dispute if you want any kind of reasonable portion of your deposit back...Use another agent !!

We rented with Bourne for 2 years and I simply have nothing good to say about them; they displayed a total lack of respect for us as tenants and were on occasion outright rude, and seemingly oblivious to their ineptitude. Reported issues, including a leak in the kitchen and resulting mould issue, were left unanswered and unresolved for months at a time and they fought back on almost everything. I hear good things about their sales department, but they're certainly not using the A-team for lettings...very poor customer service. Avoid.

Robert Skuse kept us well informed throughout our property purchase process and was helpful, informative and always on hand for any queries we had and responded speedily.
