GoogleIf I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would! These guys were communicative and efficient, driving the sale and keeping me informed at all stages, all whilst being decent and friendly humans. I had had a bad experience with another agent in Woking and was very selective about who I would allow to market my house the second time. Bradley, who was dealing with my sale was always truthful, reliable and personable. Andy, who appraised my property was also always honest, personable and available to discuss my property when required. I’ve had misgivings about agents previously not really working hard for their fee, but these guys really worked beyond expectations and deserve their fee. The other side had a particularly bad conveyancer and Bradley did everything he could to help the buyer and I to keep the process moving. If you have a property to sell or rent, or are looking to buy/rent, then I can’t recommend Bourne more highly. Thank you so much!

GoogleThis is the 2nd time I have bought/sold a property via Bourne and just like the first time, they have been absolutely fantastic. A huge thank you to Shaun, Ross and Bradley. Each of them helped me during this stressful time. My knowledge in this industry is limited, however I was confident and reassured by their experience and their efficiency that they would provide me with a fantastic and quick sale. Shaun kept me very well informed throughout the whole process and was always available to speak to me when I called in, he answered any of my questions and put me at ease. Ross took fantastic photos of my house which brought in so much interest, he also showed around all the viewings and gave me feedback from each viewing. Ross even remembered taking photos of my house about 2 years prior, which were actually the photos I saw which made me buy my house (the continuity was amazing and made my experience so personal). They also sold my house for a considerable amount more than I thought it would ever go for (within a very short time too). So once again, thank you all very much. When I buy my next house, I will be using these guys again! 100% recommend!

GoogleRoanna in bourne was genuinely fantastic. She was really friendly and helped me out with the portal my solicitor used when I got stuck. Several times! When my buyer pulled out, she pulled all the the stops out to get another buyer for me asap before I lost the house I’d absolutely set my heart on! Between her and Lou they secured me another buyer in a matter of days. She was helpful the whole way through but was also honest when everyone in my chain was pushing for an earlier date she gave me a more realistic time frame but still managed to secure an easier date! I would 💯 use them again. Not that I plan to move again anytime soon!!!

The renting process was handled very professionally and the service I have had from the managing agent since I moved into the property, has been excellent. GoogleAmy has been in touch over the past few months to alert me when potential properties come to the market and she is such a friendly, efficient and professional Agent I am really impressed with her patience and persistence. I am quite fussy about my search and she is always helpful and kind, she replies to my emails within the hour and so far she has been notifying me promptly whenever a flat I might be interested in becomes available. I have dealt with several Estate Agents over the past year and I can certainly recognise professional, dedicated individuals when I come across them. I truly hope that I will be finally able to find the right place to move into and I will have to thank Amy for that!

GoogleWe recently purchased a property and Bourne Estate Agents were the sellers representative. The purchase chain proved to be very difficult indeed, due to someone at the start of the chain. George Caporn from Bourne's helped keep the transaction alive. He was proactive, provided good communication and very supportive. I have no doubt we would not have been able to make the purchase without his and his colleagues support. I guess its only when things go wrong that you appreciate the real professionals around you.
