GoogleWe have just bought our first property with Bourne and they were such a pleasure to deal with. Special mention to Ross in particular who was amazing throughout the process with letting us know of all the updates, as well as being very helpful, friendly and efficient to deal with - an absolute star! GoogleAbsolutely astounding service from Bradley with buying our first house. He listened to exactly what we wanted and supported us through out the buy. Incredible team to work with! Standard stress with solicitors but kept up to date through out the process by Bradley. Absolute gentlemen. Bourne will look after you and listen to you when buying or selling. GoogleI have currently sold and purchased through Bourne estate agents in Alton. I have previously used Bourne in the past and like always their customer service and efficiency is fantastic. My local estate agent was Roanna Ferne who I would highly recommend to anyone. Roanna went above and beyond to ensure that the sale and purchase of my properties went through in quick succession. Roanna was always there to answer any questions that we didn’t understand and always updated us on the process as well as working around myself and my partners working hours to make sure we could view properties with ease. I will be definitely using Bourne in the future and as stated previously would recommend Bourne and Roanna to anyone that is looking to sell or buy on the market.

GoogleI have used Bourne Estate Agents (both the Farnham and Alton branches) for years to manage my buy-to-let properties. The service offered by both lettings teams is consistently outstanding. They take care of everything, and nothing is too much trouble. From finding tenants, arranging any pre-tenancy works to the properties, making sure all necessary safety certificates are obtained, to the day-to-day managing of all maintenance issues and tenancy renewals, the team at Bourne always do a professional, efficient job, and, just as importantly, are a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend!

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough about Steve Darling, who represented our buyers in a very complex chain. When we were struggling to get responses from our own estate agents and solicitors, Steve personally kept us informed and where necessary put pressure on other elements of the chain when our own representatives were showing o sense of urgency. Obviously Steve had no responsibility to us, yet was the only one who empathised with the stress unnecessary delays were causing to all parties and went above and beyond to ensure appropriate action was taken. If only we lived in Surrey!
