We were recently looking for a flat to rent and Hannah, Elarose, and the team were extremely attentive and helpful. Every appropriate flat that became available they made sure to email and call us immediately to arrange viewings to give us the best chance of securing it. They also were able to provide video recordings of the flats which helped us decide if it was right for us and worth viewing. I would definitely recommend Bourne as they were friendly, professional, and most helpful.

I expected Bourne to be like any other agents we’ve dealt with, but they proved me wrong! The whole team have been very warm and friendly; Gemma, Andrew & Ayisha. Each of them answered any questions and gave us guidance throughout the purchase. Gemma recommended some Solicitors to us, along with an excellent Surveyor. Her advice has been really useful. Overall the whole process has been fairly smooth and trouble-free thanks to the team at Bourne. Highly recommended.

Our house had been on the market for a few months with one of the estate agents in Godalming. Shane kept in touch and approached us just before we took it off the market in order to rent it out. He convinced us to give him a chance and try Bourne Estate Agents. I was cynical when he approached us and thought he was just talking the usual estate agent talk. Well, I was wrong. We had an offer on the twelfth day from the day he had put it on the market! We would like to thank Shane and his team for their hard work and dedication. Shane never minded going for the extra mile and helped us out with a few things as we don’t live locally. We initially met David whilst searching for a property to move too, prior to our house being on the market. From the outset, David presented as a straight-forward, easy to deal with operative. David proactively kept in touch with us whilst we prepared our property for sale, visiting and valuing and providing sensible terms quickly, with no bluff or bluster often experienced with other agents in the town. Naturally, we instructed David, who promptly got our property under offer, over and above the price we wanted, within 5 days of it going live. Throughout the conveyancing process, David kept the chain together, diligently keeping in touch with all sides until we successfully completed just 10 weeks later. An absolutely outstanding agency and I thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to sell in Godalming and surrounding areas.

We have sold our house through Bourne in Godalming in March 2024. The team were fantastic from the beginning to the end. Tilly, Shane and David looked after us, communicating every step and gave us feedback on what potential buyers said. When we gave feedback they implemented it straight away and adjusted how we would like to communicate regarding viewings. The whole process was very easy through their guidance and also very quick. We listed the house in mid January and we were out by end of March. Thank you Tilly, Shane and David - you made the whole house selling business a lot easier and less stressful.

Ross Trowbridge of the Woking Bournes office has been amazing! We bought our property through Bournes and Ross has dealt with us right from the start with viewing the property. If you are thinking of giving your property on rent through them.. AVOID.. there property management team is misleading and try to rip you off. When there was damage in the property, they said that there will be £250 admin fee to access the deposit which is not a legal thing. We gave the property professionally cleaned but didn’t get it back the same way and as per them it wasn’t needed if cleaned upto some standard, the oven was all oily and the property wasn’t even cleaned properly. There was a fault in hob which was because of tenants cleaning process and just needed drying up but they charged us for engineer visit and it was a nightmare to convince the agent to charge the tenants for their inappropriate use. Had a terrible experience.
