GoogleI couldn’t recommend Bourne Estate Agents highly enough. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly and incredibly efficient. A special mention has to go to Chris Long, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. Chris was always approachable, knowledgeable and quick to respond, keeping us updated at every stage and making what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward. What really stood out was the personal level of service. Chris genuinely cared about getting the right result, was always honest with his advice and consistently went above and beyond to help. A brilliant experience with Bourne and particularly Chris Long. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleThe team here at Guildford borne were great. Gave us professional advice and guidance even before the valuation. Steve, Harry and everyone else we spoke to were fantastic. What I really appreciated was the straightforward tell it how it is advice and feedback. No fluff, no blowing smoke up our ass. Just straight to the point facts and answers. Sold our house quickly and the sales process was smooth, can't ask for anything more. Communication was easy, we had a group chat that kept us up to date every step of the way. To top it off everyone was on the same page. My wife loved that! The whole process from valuation, marketing, viewings and sale were so professional. So...If you are looking to buy or sell we would highly recommend the team at Bourne.
