GoogleThis is probably one of the worst estate agents I have encountered in the UK over the past 12 years. My flat has major water leakage damage and blocked sink issues for over a month and they have been procrastinating without offering any solutions. They show a complete disregard for health and safety concerns. Their behavior is totally irresponsible and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend their services.

GoogleA bunch of disorganised amateurs. Do not deal with these guys. They are currently holding my funds and refusing to return them. Disgraceful. Dealing with Izzy Garland and Becky Ward. Just shockingly bad service. Avoid!! To respond to Andrew’s comment: Becky Ward clearly told me that the funds would be with me the same day that I returned the keys. You had the keys at 9:05am. It was not until 5:05pm that I was informed it was in fact my landlord who needs to help and you are unable to. its just so tiring dealing with Bourne. Mistake after mistake after mistake. This is probably the third or fourth time that I have had problems with your company this year. I am writing an honest review to warn others off using you. I understand my landlord has also decided to move to another estate agent as well. It is typical of Bourne that you choose to try and deflect and blame the customer for being angry. Rather than accept your repeated failings and simply apologise. It’s been like dealing with a child I have also emailed hello@ three times since seeing Chris’ message. He is yet to acknowledge any emails I have sent him.

GoogleIf you're looking for an estate agent to sell your house in Godalming go straight to Bourne Estate Agents. We recently used them for a house sale in the Binscombe area of Godalming and they were brilliant. They got lots of viewings and managed the sale superbly. I can't recommend them highly enough - in particular Shane and Tilly who really get stuff done.

GoogleWe were extremely impressed with Andy Gearing and his team at Bourne. They went out of their way to help us, both to sell our house and also to buy a property that we liked. Their communication was always prompt and helpful, often contacting us out of hours when needed, The team have a great deal of integrity and want to ensure that they get the right match between buyer and seller. When our first buyer withdrew at the last moment, they got us another buyer within a week and made sure we did not lose the property we wanted to buy, and the sale went through in less than 8 weeks because of their determination to make it work. I could not recommend them more highly.

GoogleWe recently asked to view a property in Send and we were dealt with by Oliver. He arranged a viewing for the same day and phoned me back within 10 minutes to give me a time. He met us at the property and looked extremely smart. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We both warmed to him straight away and felt we could trust what he was telling us. I have dealt with numerous estate agents recently and Oliver was streets ahead of anyone we have dealt with.

Google10/10 service the entire process. My partner and I were looking for our first home together but we were not having much luck. We registered our details to Bourne and Shaun Barnes was extremely proactive in suggesting properties and he found us the one! The process was stressful at times but the transparency with Bourne/Shaun was really refreshing and put any questions or concerns to rest. We have now completed and cannot thank Shaun and the team enough! Highly recommend!
