Shane and the whole team have been outstanding from the first interaction. They've been super-professional and helpful, always go the extra mile and their go-to-market strategy got me 4 offers within the first 2 days of viewings. BOURNE AGENTS MANAGE SEVERAL OF MY PROPERTIES OVER THE LAST 5 YEARS. THE LETTINGS TEAM HAVE A GREAT TEAM AND HAVE MANAGED TO RENT OUT MY PROPERTIES WITHOUT ANY VOIDS LESS THAN 2 WEEKS, THE PROPERTY MANAGERS ARE GREAT AS THEY FIX ANY ISSUES AT THE PROPERTIES STRAIGHTAWAY WITHOUT ME STRESSING. We’ve just completed on our house purchase through Bourne Godalming and I have to say how easy they were to deal with and especially Tilly. She kept communication to what was necessary and really got the job done for us, our sale was a very challenging one but Bourne were happy to wait for it to go through and kept their vendors happy.

Professional, friendly and extremely effective. Having tried selling via another well-established, well known Godalming agent who, whilst professional, didn’t seem quite so motivated, I switched to Bournes. They were clearly enthusiastic and motivated. First viewing after 2 days lead to a full asking price offer. The subsequent updates during the conveyancing process were very good. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Bournes - great team, great experience.

I moved out in September 2024 with my friend and to this day, I have not received my deposit refund. We already reached an agreement on the deductions, but they simply ignore my emails and refuse to process the refund. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
