GoogleWe arranged a viewing for a property and dealt with Hugo at Bournes. Although we didn't end up buying the property, we found Hugo to be extremely helpful, informative and in general great to deal with. We would be happy consider using Bourne in the future or recommend them to others based on our experience.

GoogleWithheld info, and I had lost my deposit due to their negligence. They also did not inform me that they had not removed the property from the market after my deposit was paid, be wary.

GoogleI’ve had a really disappointing experience with this agency. Despite repeatedly requesting that my data be deleted, I’ve continued to receive unsolicited marketing emails for months. This is unacceptable and shows a clear disregard for GDPR and my personal boundaries. I initially had my property listed with them, but it was repeatedly removed from Rightmove without any notice. When I chased this up, I was told it was because I’d had to cancel some appointments. The reasons for these cancellations were serious, hospital stays/trips/illnesses for both myself and my daughter. The agency was fully aware from the outset that we both have autoimmune conditions, and I kept them informed. If they decided not to continue marketing the property because of this, that’s their right, but the lack of communication and understanding was incredibly disappointing. In contrast, I’m now having a wonderful and personal experience with a different agent, Charles Henry, who has been far more professional, understanding, and respectful. The difference in care and communication has been night and day. I wouldn’t recommend this original agency based on my experience, but I’m glad to have found someone better.

GoogleDon’t move to Edward Road as if you can put up with every night being up until 1am as in the flats this it his flat two weeks ago they had a party until 5 am if they keep it up I will start complaining every night I’ve got to put up with them, if not it’s 7am I can’t believe no one has said anything, I own my house but if it keeps happening I will start complaining to the council
