GoogleEveryone knows how moving can be stressful with the packing, unpacking, and all the other work that goes along with it. That is why I was so thankful that my letting agent, Steph was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable thorough this process. Steph, I am very thankful for your prompt responds to any of my requests and especially I am very grateful for reaching out to me on the application review day. I am convinced, if you would have not taken an extra mile by calling me that day to help with the situation, I would have missed a chance to be accepted. Thank you! The whole moving in process documentation was explained clearly via emails and phone calls, allowing me to set up everything I need for my new home quickly and less stressful. GoogleWe recently sold our flat in Farnham through Bourne and Co. We dealt with Rebecca initially and then Patrick. Both were very good. Patrick drove the negotiation and sale. He was professional at all times and kept us informed throughout the process, which was surprisingly smooth apart from a few hiccups in the closing weeks but that nothing to do with him or the agency. We were very happy with their service and would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleSuperior service! Despite the volatile climate the market is presenting, Bourne has succeeded within THREE weeks to source a number of relevant clients to view my property. A fair price in line with their initial guidance has been agreed this week and I couldn't be more delighted! Adam and Jordan have worked extremely hard from the outset to market my property in a timely and professional fashion. Also I have to be honest and say that my circumstance hasn’t been easy as it’s an ex marital property we are selling so pleasing to people won’t have been easy. But Jordan has been very patient and compassionate whilst being professional and allowing us to try work things out moving forward to exchange/complete. Anna for the short period of time that has been with Bourne has clearly added to the team and I have certainly noticed it with the communication and bookings she has made. Thank you guys for everything to date and looking forward for a quick completion :-)

GoogleBrilliant Lettings Team at Bourne Estate agents in Cobham/Weybridge! I’ve just let my flat in Weybridge - the whole team has been fantastic from initial contact with Beckie, and then Hannah and Charlotte x2 - from quickly lining up viewings to negotiations and move -in of tenants - process dealt with efficiently and effectively- really lovely bunch to deal with - would highly recommend!!!
