Steve Ryan and his team have been amazing since the beginning. I met Katrina (or might have been Katherine) back in 2023 doing letter dropping for selling properties and she was so helpful and impressive I got in touch with Steve and he provided the most professional, compassionate and insightful service. When my late husband passed away, it was Bourne I went to without hesitation to sell my property. They listened to me and reassured me every step of the way. I got more for my property than I thought I would and they followed through with what they said they could deliver. It happened quickly and at every turn I felt looked after. The after care has been great too. I can’t recommend them enough - they are honest, genuine, trustworthy and lovely people too. Best estate agents I’ve ever come across! Thank you so much Steve and the team!

We have bought and sold a property with Bourne Alton and had a fantastic experience. From a quick response to our initial query, getting us in to view on multiple occasions to helping us on completion and liaising with the seller. I would highly recommend Bourne Alton from our experience.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Rebekah and the team at Bourne were professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient throughout the process. They managed to get the property agreed very quickly and kept me informed at every step, cancelling other viewings promptly which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I’ve been really happy with how everything has been handled so far and would definitely use Bourne again in the future. Highly recommend!

Gary was amazing. As we were a chain, he really advocated for us through a difficult case and went above and beyond for us. We were buyers in this instance (selling my own property which had its own difficulties) but Gary negotiated on our behalf. He was thorough, friendly, showed initiative and was always happy to help. We had an awful experience with the estate agents through which I was selling my property so Gary definitely helped keep the chain together and was so refreshing to have someone else chase rather than you having to prompt to chase. Gary also accommodated additonal viewings and allowed worksmen visit the property with sellers consent. He was professional and personable and we couldnt fault our contact with him.
