Helpful, thorough, accommodating and prepared to listen

The initial details of our sale were efficiently done and we were fairly confident with the marketing of our property.After an initially slow start the property had more viewings and we accepted an offer negotiated by Neil Phillips. However it was the effort that Philippa Bishop put in that we believe enabled the property to get to 'sale exchange' By liaising with all interested parties she smoothed some of the rough patches that all the chain were experiencing at different (and sometimes the same) time. She helped when on occasions other professionals did not appear to be so helpful and gave good practical advice; the fact that it reached a conclusion after 13+ weeks. we believe is because of Philippa's hard work.

Effective & professional - sold our house

Everyone at BOP was professional, charming & helpful.. Right from the start we felt we were in capable hands and were happy with all aspects of the sale. Alex worked very hard to cordinate our chain of 6 and we feel we might never have reached completion without his endeavours. totally disgusted with service

B O P were the agents for the property we rented - they came and reviewed the property every 3 months - never had a bad report, but when we left they didnt perform a checkout inventory so we had to go to the Deposit Protection Scheme and then to independent who ruled in the landlord's favour which was totally wrong.

We have moved 7 times in the last 35 years and I can honestly say that this is the best agent we have ever used. Given that we were buying as opposed to selling we feel that we got a much better service from Bond Oxborough Phillips than we did from the estate agent we were actually paying in respect to the sale of our house.
