We viewed a rental property with Sabrina who was extremely professional. All questions/queries were answered promptly and her attention to detail helped us to make our decision to rent this property. In her absence, there was always another member of staff who could assist us who demonstrated the same level of professionalism. We would not hesitate to recommend Bond Oxborough to others.

I would like to thank all the staff at Holsworthy Bond Oxborough Phillips for the excellent service they provided us during our relocation from Yorkshire to Devon. They worked very hard to find and secure us a suitable rental property within a very short space of time. The service provided was highly professional and extremely efficient. The staff are all wonderful, very helpful and friendly. I was kept informed and updated with regular contact throughout the whole rental procedure which made the moving process so much easier. Matthew showed us around the property and was extremely helpful in supplying all the information we needed, he then conveyed any questions we had to the landlord and set up a meeting so that we could ask the relevant questions about what we could do at the property. We have had a lot of experience with renting and I would say that B.O.P have always come out on top regards service and communication. Many Thanks for putting us in touch with our dream home!

Moved to Devon for work so finding somewhere to rent had to happen quickly. Jess and Jen were not only helpful, but resourceful and creative about making things happen. Not only did they find us somewhere fast, but they found us exactly what we were looking for. I cannot praise them enough for this, Very happy and grateful for the extra mile they went.

B O P were the agents for the property we rented - they came and reviewed the property every 3 months - never had a bad report, but when we left they didnt perform a checkout inventory so we had to go to the Deposit Protection Scheme and then to independent who ruled in the landlord's favour which was totally wrong.

I am sorry to hear that you are displeased with our service. The DPS is an independent professional body that arbitrates in any dispute between landlords and tenants. Information and photos are provided by both parties and the DPS then makes an unbiased decision based on the facts. Sharon was super helpful from beginning to end in all dealings leading to the rental property I now live in. She always let me know updates as things progressed, I didn't have to chase her up for things as most other agents I've dealt with and she always tried to help where ever she could or pass things on to someone who could. Unlike most other agents we approached, BOP came across as actually wanting to have our enquiry. They gave reassurance and a welcoming attitude which encouraged us to view and ultimately rent through them. The follow up service has so far been excellent.
