Bond Oxborough Phillips were efficient, friendly and hardworking from the start, with Oliver attending our initial valuation appointment with a portfolio of recently sold houses in our area.
We felt our property was well advertised, we always had a good number of viewings and we're kept up to date with the market.
Our house took a little longer to sell that we initially thought but BOP were brilliant throughout, they weren't pushy for us to drop the price and gave suggestions on how we could improve the saleability of the house.
The after sales have been great too. The team have regularly checked in on us and have nudged our buyers along when needed as well.
We couldn't be more pleased with the service we have received from the team, they have done an absolutely fantastic job.
