Purchase and Rental of our property

Staff at Wadebridge office were very efficient and helpful when we were purchasing our property. Always returned calls if staff member was not available to speak to us at the time of calling. Very supportive during the whole process. We rented our property for 6 months after we had purchased the property and once again, staff were as helpful and supportive as they could be. In particular Mark Clements, who dealt with us, was very helpful even when we had problems with our tenant. His advice and support was very helpful as we did not live in the area at all. Also, Susan and later, Sarah at Wadebridge office were again, very helpful, supportive, efficient and kind.

My experiences with estate agents has not always been positive. In fact, following my house sale and subsequent property rental, the thoughts of trying to find a home filled me with dread. I need not have worried. The quality of service offered by Mark and his team was second to none - my appraisal is directed at their professionalism, individual understanding and empathy along with their local knowledge and advice. Indeed, I am clear that I can call in anytime to ask about local services or tradespeople who are skilled in working on a grade 2 building. Nothing was too much trouble during the sale, any information needed by solicitors or the vendors was dealt with promptly and sensitively. Professional and efficient

We changed to BOP after trying unsuccessfully to sell our house for 18 months. Straight away we had more people viewing in a week than we had in the previous 6 months! This was only partly because of realistic pricing and good marketing was definitely a factor. It didn't take long to get an offer and the progress through the sale was in general managed very well. There were a few problems that they as agents were not responsible for but Philippa 'chased' the other agents and solicitors involved to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion.
