We had a fantastic experience with Bloor Homes thanks to the exceptional service from Carol and Tiago. From the moment we arrived for the first look at the show home and all the way through to completion and beyond, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They both took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and guided us through every step of the purchase process with genuine care and professionalism. Together, they made the entire journey smooth, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, built to a high standard with great attention to detail. The layout, finish, and craftsmanship all reflect the quality Bloor Homes is known for, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out. We’d also like to mention James, the site manager, who has been fantastic. He’s approachable, proactive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything is perfect. Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Bloor Homes Pinhoe and the fantastic team.

We bought one of the last Bloor plots and dealt with Carol and Tiago throughout. They were brilliant…nothing was ever too much trouble, and they really made us feel like we mattered, which meant a lot. The house is really well finished and a great reflection of the brand and everyone who worked on it. Thanks also to James, our site manager, who was always happy to help and sorted any questions or concerns straight away. Big thanks to everyone involved!

Initially treated well but once they have your money, they couldn’t care less. Workmen in white vans now parking on our drive because the parking situation is so bad, and when challenged they tell you there is nowhere else to park. Can barely pull onto our drive due to the number of white vans. Customer care say ‘they will pass it on’ but nothing ever changes. Expect to be ignored once they have your money.

DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY OFF THESE!! We are currently moving house but before we do, we have rented 64 blakefield road off them for amount 4/5 months and it’s been nothing but hell. We’ve asked for compensation for the conditions we’ve live in ie mould, rats, broken windows, rotten doors, damp, recommendations of safety concerns oh the list goes on. She’s denied and thrown her dummy out the pram and said “if I we dont get the rent by end of play I’m going to take it further” BE MY GUEST YOU HAVE FAILED TO KEEP YOUR TENANTS SAFE. Sort out compensation and deposit by the end of today and you can have your keys I don’t want to have the property any longer than I have to but until it’s resolved I’m not bowing to you 👍🏼🆘‼️

We are very pleased with our house that is built to a good standard. We have had a few minor issues that have been rectified quickly by the contractor. The savings on heating are considerable and the design of the house is very good. We are pleased to have moved to a new house for all of the long term savings. They are a builder that I would recommend.

Amazing customer support. We moved into our first home just over 2 months ago. Sue and Joe (and later Lucy) were lovely from start to finish, making what could have been a stressful process seem like a breeze. Can't thank you enough! The aftersales care has also been great. We've had a few minor snags, but Sean has been very approachable and made sure we were looked after. Sad to see that he has been moved to another site, but we are sure that our experience with Kim will be no different. Overall, it has been a great experience and the community also seems lovely.

Adam and Sue are fantastic! From the point of coming to see us to the point of sale took mere weeks. The house was put on the market on a Wednesday and had sold by the Friday. Fantastic work, very friendly and helpful. Can't recommend enough.

Nice Community.Not Far from supermarkets,Schools and Doctors. Whiston hospital is just 7 minute away. Clean, maintained estate.
