GooglePrepare to be lied to constantly, offered the property at one price reserving then pressured into paying £25k more. Then to top it off Bloor will sell your reserved home to someone else. (Plot 183 if interested) Oh and don’t bother with Managment, they will send a trainee who refers to himself as a manager.

GoogleGood bloors site, much better than some of the other builders in the local area.

GoogleA typical new housing estate full of poorly built homes roads that are to narrow, plot sizes akin to rabbit hutches and stupidly overpriced!

GoogleBe VERY careful when purchasing a home through Bloor Homes. We were held over a barrel with regards to the Mortgage Advisor we had to use. We were literally told we had to use their preferred mortgage advisor or we would lose the house - this is in fact illegal to do however they are holding all the cards. A fact they are now denying. We have landed up with issues caused by this mortgage advisor and Bloor Homes are conveniently washing their hands of the issue. There is NO customer service. Shocked and disgusted with their response to the situation!! Horrible experience!!
