Terrible service. Get put on the so called waiting list for new releases and get told you're second in the queue but still never get contacted. Found a better and cheaper house somewhere else in the end. Minus stars if I could.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Received a telephone call from salesman Ben on Friday. He informed us that there are 3 bedroom propertys which are available to move into October / November 2021. We therefore arranged and travelled an hour to and from the appointment at the Standish decelopment this afternoon, only to be told upon arrival all 3 bedroom property's have sold out and the next will not be available until May 2022. When we asked as to why we were not made aware of this as this has now been a wasted journey, he became really rude / defensive, made no apology, and laughed. After this encounter of poor customer service, we will no longer be searching for our house with Bloor Homes.

Put in an offer for one of Holywell's properties following a viewing with Adam. Throughout this process, communication has been excellent and Adam is clearly very switched on, and has been open and frank during his conversations with us. The transaction, whilst professional, also feels personal, respectful and honest. Only giving 5 stars because can't give 6.

Really grateful for Adam and all the team in supporting me through my sale. Firstly in finding me a buyer on first viewing after marketing! Outrageous development in an outrageous location. A Warning to potential buyers that when this development is complete there will be so much traffic chaos at school times you’ll be looking to move again. Of course by this time Bloor will be on their toes looking to ruin another village.
