GoogleIn all the years I have resided in London (having lived and moved to different parts of West London), I have not met a senior branch / team head who helped me through and through like Wesley has. From helping negotiate the rent to recommending movers and cleaners, sorting our property management concerns, Wesley has always gone above and beyond. He didn’t have to but he always found ways to make life easier. I recently faced a life and career transition that will require me moving back to my home country and Wesley helped me navigate the situation and approached my situation with empathy and humanity I did not expect him to deliver and yet he did in this huge ask - I will always grateful to him for being the person that smoothens things out. GoogleI have just re-let my flat through B&R (using Rahim Velji). They quickly found new tenants after the previous tenant moved out. Kayleigh Weston was again brilliant. I would highly recommend them. I let my flat through B&R and find them to be excellent. They are very responsive and efficient. Kayleigh Weston in particular is so easy to work with and nothing seems too much trouble.

GoogleLisa-Jane, and the management team, having been looking after our property for some twenty years now, and we couldn’t be happier with the level of service. Over the 23 years the property has been vacant for a matter of weeks (other than when it was used by the family for a couple of years) and the management team has always been highly efficient, pleasant and communicated with me swiftly and effectively at all times. I would highly recommend using B & R for your property needs.
