Benham has been helping me to find good tenant

Benham has been helping me to find suitable tenant and set an appropriate rental fee that the tenant feels agreeable and I feel satisfied. Each time they find me professional tenants to rent the apartments. Thank you letting agent Dele Laeal to deal with the new tenant for me. I feel happy to have a good tenant. Thanks. Benham also look after the apartment utilities and perform inspections of the apartment to allow the tenant feels comfortable to live there. Thanks again too.

This review specifically concerns Rubel at Benham & Reeves, and the way he handled our tenancy. Our experience with Rubel suggests a troubling pattern: everything appears smooth until you raise legitimate concerns. The moment issues are pointed out, whether about maintenance, communication, or property readiness, his tone shifted noticeably. Tenants who ask reasonable questions or expect basic standards should not feel that doing so will negatively affect how they are represented by Rubel to landlords or other parties. Professional agents separate personal frustration from factual representation. In our experience, Rubel did not consistently demonstrate that separation. If a tenant raises concerns about management standards, that should not result in them being portrayed unfavourably. We would strongly advise landlords to carefully review how Rubel is managing their properties and how tenant relationships are being communicated on their behalf. This is not a reflection on every individual at Benham & Reeves, but it is a serious concern regarding Rubel’s professionalism and approach.

We are extremely pleased with Benham and Reeves Imperial Wharf branch, who are exceptional with their dedication and attention to managing our property. Special recognition to Roland Howell who takes great care to communicate with potential tenants and always is respectful, kind, pays attention to great detail and very competent in dealing with all possible issues. The office team, including Max, Abbas, Wesley are always prompt in their response, easy to get hold of, and I recommend them very highly. They are the best estate agents in the Chelsea Creek Imperial Wharf area.

Benham & Reeves provided an excellent experience throughout my flat search, and I especially want to thank Amy and Rosie for their help. I had the pleasure of working most closely with Amy (she provided the viewing for the flat) and from the start Amy was incredibly kind, attentive, responsive, and considerate, which made such a stressful process feel so much more manageable. We even faced an unusual incident during our visit and Amy was so level-headed, thoughtful and calm whilst managing an unexpected crisis - for which I am forever grateful. Amy's professionalism, patience, and warmth made a real difference, and I’m very grateful for the care and attention she showed throughout. My best experience with an Agency yet to be matched!

Honestly the best experience I have had with an agent I didn’t get into the exact mechanisms of what is a company policy and what is not but for sure people here are gems who help whenever possible and genuinely advice based on what is best for you rather than try to manipulate you into one option or another because they want to increase their profits …etc.

It was a great experience working with Nick Grossi at Benham & Reeves. He was professional, patient, and proactive throughout the entire process, always keeping me updated and ensuring everything moved forward smoothly. He even helped with tasks that are usually handled by solicitors, or even arranging for a handy man to fix small issues, which I really appreciate it. In all the years I have resided in London (having lived and moved to different parts of West London), I have not met a senior branch / team head who helped me through and through like Wesley has. From helping negotiate the rent to recommending movers and cleaners, sorting our property management concerns, Wesley has always gone above and beyond. He didn’t have to but he always found ways to make life easier. I recently faced a life and career transition that will require me moving back to my home country and Wesley helped me navigate the situation and approached my situation with empathy and humanity I did not expect him to deliver and yet he did in this huge ask - I will always grateful to him for being the person that smoothens things out. An absolute professional and importantly, a kind person. Thank you Wesley.
