GoogleExcellent service all round from 1st enquiry through to completion. The advise was good, the communications prompt and relevant. Raj Miah was truly amazing, always available, prompt, polite, accommodating, courteous and understanding. The whole process went as planned and promised. Even after moving in Raj Miah went over beyond his responsibilities. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleAs a Landlord, i find their services to be client focussed by paying attention to understanding what the customer wants. Sometimes i disagree and complain about certain deductions but they are usually responsive enough to quickly look into such and resolve same in a professional manner. In nutshell, i like Bengham & Reeves for their professionalism, quality of services and responsiveness to client's needs.

Please think twice before you hire B&R services neither fully managed or partly managed. There is no communication between any of B&R departments. There is no effective management in case anything goes wrong with your rental property.There is no timely responses it takes ages to get the work doneThere is no cost effectiveness they quote over £700 for a small bedroom carpet change.There is always something wrong you will have to check even their own monthly statement otherwise they just keep your money.There is no managers even to hear why their customer are complaining. But, they will always argue that they have keep money in reserve. So, please think twice what do you expect from a Estate Agent as a landlord.
